JBS already ranks as one of the largest poultry operators worldwide. This expansion pushes output higher and improves supply consistency across key regions.
Under the lease structure, JBS avoids legacy liabilities tied to the assets. Operations continue without disruption. Existing employees remain in place. Agreements with service providers and partners stay active. This approach keeps the production chain stable.
The new assets increase production capacity by 15 percent. Daily output moves close to nine million birds. This gain strengthens supply for both domestic demand and international buyers of Frangosul Chicken and Frangosul Chicken Breast.
Operations span major grain producing regions in Brazil. These locations support efficient feed supply and cost control. The added plants integrate with existing units across 12 states, along with facilities in Mexico and Puerto Rico. This network improves distribution and scale.
The United States and Brazil dominate global poultry. Together they account for:

- 36 percent of total production
